Ali catered for a lunch event we hosted in central London for International Womens Day. From the initial conversations to pulling off the event, dealing with Ali was a pleasure. Ali understood the brief without having worked with us before and provided an amazing lunch spread that was tasty, nutritious, beautifully presented and catered to all of the guests needs. Ali was a fantastic chef! I had 13 people for a birthday dinner and everything she made from canapés to dessert was absolutely delicious! We chatted by email to plan the menu and she was so accommodating with allergies and food dislikes! The final menu was just perfect and every one of my guests loved the food!! Ali catered for my best friends hen do. The food was absolutely delicious and was served beautiful. She coped effortlessly with time changes and a decreased service time and left the kitchen in a great state despite limited resources. In the lead up to the event she was great to communicate with. I had Ali to come and cook for my birthday, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She's friendly, professional and her food is to die for. Phenomenal!

Ali has catered numerous events for me since 2018, several events per year indeed, mainly at my Cornwall house.

Ali has worked with me across a number of formats:
- Formal intimate dinners for 12-16; extremely high-end in feel and the cornerstone to a hyper-luxurious events including multinational clients
- Relaxed catering over a period of 3-5 days for family and visitors, or indeed for a posse of middle-aged windsurfers that arrive each September
- Enormous party celebration buffets and drinks/cocktail provision for 40-60 people, especially the famous Live Band Karaoke Stars In Their Eyes challenge, which attracts an international attendee list annually and has to go off seamlessly in a typically highly challenging adrenalin charged environment.

It’s not just the super high quality of food, but more the very relaxed, very friendly vibe that also leaves you in no doubt there is a military operation in the background… I have never had any issue or complaints, but I can’t begin to list the accolades. Ali worked with us at Treseren, our boutique wedding venue to create a menu for our welcome meal for wedding couples and their guests to enjoy on arrival. We wanted the food to be very special, yet create a feeling of conviviality and a home from home atmosphere; we also needed to cater for all dietary requirements. Ali designed the perfect, flexible menu with wonderful sharing plates, tasty mains and colourful salads for our summer menu. For autumn / winter she created a seasonal offering with wonderful vegetable sides, warming hearty plates and dessert utilising apples from our orchard. Ali is incredible to work with, so inventive and creative with her food, creating delicious results. Very special to eat food that delicious and that also tasted unique. Plus in a supper club setting which was great fun! Full 5 stars every time.
